Statement of Originality

The Journal of Clinical Case Studies and Medical Reports (JCCSMR) requires that all submitted manuscripts represent original clinical and scientific work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm that the work is entirely original and has been prepared based on genuine clinical observations, research findings, or medical analysis without any form of plagiarism or duplication.

Authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism in any form

  • All clinical data, case details, images, and interpretations are authentic and accurately reported

  • The work has not been published previously in any journal, conference, or online platform

  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal for publication

  • Proper citations are provided for all referenced studies and sources

  • All co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript

The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, falsification, and any other form of academic misconduct. Any violation of originality requirements may result in rejection, retraction, or further ethical action.

All submissions may be evaluated using plagiarism detection tools and editorial review processes to ensure compliance with ethical publishing standards.

The Journal of Clinical Case Studies and Medical Reports is committed to publishing only original, high-quality, and ethically sound clinical research that contributes to medical knowledge and patient care.
