The Journal of Surgical Practice and Clinical Care  requires that all submitted manuscripts represent original scientific and clinical work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

Authors must ensure that:

  • Proper acknowledgment is given to all referenced sources and prior research

  • All co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version before submission

The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct. Any violation of originality requirements may result in rejection, retraction, or further ethical action.

All submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools and editorial evaluation to ensure compliance with ethical publishing standards.
