The Journal of Medical and Clinical Innovations (JMCI) follows an open-access publishing model to ensure that all published research is freely available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers.

All articles published in the journal are made immediately available online upon publication. Readers may access, download, share, and use the content for academic and research purposes in accordance with the journal’s licensing terms.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support editorial management, peer review, production, online hosting, DOI assignment, indexing, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applicable to manuscripts accepted for publication.

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted following successful peer review. No submission fee is required during the initial evaluation stage.

Services Covered by APC

The APC contributes to:

  • Editorial assessment and manuscript processing

  • Coordination of peer-review activities

  • Copyediting, formatting, and typesetting

  • DOI assignment and metadata registration

  • Online publication and hosting infrastructure

  • Digital archiving and long-term preservation

  • Open-access dissemination of published content

Transparency of Charges

Any applicable APC amount and payment instructions will be clearly communicated to the corresponding author upon acceptance of the manuscript. The journal ensures full transparency in all publication-related costs.

Waivers and Discounts

In special cases, APC waivers or discounts may be considered for authors facing financial constraints or belonging to eligible institutions or regions. All waiver requests are evaluated individually by the editorial office.

Editorial Independence

Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific quality, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance.
