Article Processing Charges (APC)
To support editorial management, peer review, production, online hosting, DOI assignment, indexing, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applicable to manuscripts accepted for publication.
The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted following successful peer review. No submission fee is required during the initial evaluation stage.

In special cases, APC waivers or discounts may be considered for authors facing financial constraints or belonging to eligible institutions or regions. All waiver requests are evaluated individually by the editorial office.
Editorial Independence
Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific quality, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance.
