Plagiarism Policy

The Journal of Clinical and Applied Biomedical Engineering maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy to ensure the originality, integrity, and scientific quality of all published research in biomedical engineering and healthcare technology.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection tools prior to peer review. This ensures that the work submitted is original and that all sources, data, ideas, and prior research are properly acknowledged.

Plagiarism in any form is considered a serious ethical violation and is not acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Returned to authors for correction and resubmission (in minor cases)

• Retracted or withdrawn if identified after publication

Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions and for properly citing all references, datasets, and prior work used in their research.

The journal follows internationally recognized publication ethics guidelines, including COPE standards, to handle all cases of suspected plagiarism in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner.
