Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (JAIDA) maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy to ensure the originality, integrity, and academic quality of all published research in artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced analytics.
All submitted manuscripts are screened for similarity using reliable plagiarism detection tools before they are sent for peer review. This ensures that the work submitted is original and properly acknowledges all sources of information, data, and prior research.
Plagiarism in any form is considered a serious ethical violation and is not acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Direct copying of text, figures, tables, code, or algorithms without proper citation
-
Paraphrasing substantial portions of existing work without acknowledgment
-
Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication of the author’s own previously published work without disclosure
-
Submission of work that is substantially similar to previously published studies
-
Improper reuse of datasets, models, or experimental results without appropriate attribution
If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the editorial or publication process, the manuscript may be:
-
Rejected prior to peer review
-
Returned to authors for correction and resubmission (in minor cases)
-
Retracted or removed if identified after publication
Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions and for properly citing all references, datasets, and prior work used in their research.
The journal follows internationally recognized publication ethics standards, including COPE guidelines, to handle all cases of suspected plagiarism in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner.
Through this policy, the Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and ensures trustworthiness in scientific publishing.
