Peer Review Policy

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (JAIDA) follows a rigorous and transparent peer-review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically sound research in artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced analytics.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, and basic methodological quality. Manuscripts that meet the preliminary requirements are forwarded for external peer review.

The journal follows a double-blind peer-review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. This ensures impartial evaluation, minimizes bias, and promotes fair academic assessment.

Each manuscript is typically evaluated by at least two independent experts with relevant subject expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related interdisciplinary domains. Reviewers are selected based on their academic qualifications, research experience, and subject specialization.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on the following criteria:

  • Originality and novelty of the research

  • Technical correctness and methodological rigor

  • Validity of data, experiments, and results

  • Clarity of presentation and organization

  • Relevance to artificial intelligence and data analytics

  • Reproducibility and transparency of methods

  • Ethical compliance and responsible use of data and AI systems

Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions:

  • Accept the manuscript without revision

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Request major revisions and resubmission

  • Reject the manuscript

When revisions are required, authors are expected to address reviewer comments carefully and resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified timeframe. Revised submissions may be re-evaluated by reviewers or editors before a final decision is made.

All peer-review activities are conducted under strict confidentiality. Reviewers must not disclose, share, or use any information from manuscripts under review for personal or professional benefit.

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics is committed to maintaining a fair, unbiased, and high-quality peer-review system that supports the advancement of AI, data science, and analytics research worldwide.
